6:00 P.M. – We will go via carpool to 11^th Street Cowboy Bar, (about 2 miles from RV park) bring your own meat to grill; they furnish sides, dishes, etc.  Country Western Music free for your listening and dancing pleasure.  Must have your CC Texas name badge on in order to receive your side dishes and utensils.

Thursday 23^rd   

8:00 – 9:00 a.m.  – Full breakfast catered by Bricks Restaurant

10:00 A.M. – Business meeting 

 Lunch on your own.

1:00 P.M.  – Tech Seminar on Chassis Maintenance

1:00 P.M – Women’s Seminar, Recipes, Coach Storage and just women stuff  with Ms Terry Wright and Ms Peggy Fink as Master of  Ceremonies

5:00 – 6:00 P.M.  – Happy Hour BYOB

6:00 – 7:00 – Barbecue Dinner catered by Busby’s Barbecue

7:00 – 10:00 P.M.  – ALMOST PATSY CLINE BAND for your dancing and listening pleasure.  Come in your cowboy clothes 

Friday 24^th 

8:00 – 9:00 A.M. – Full breakfast catered by Bricks Restaurant

10:00 A.M.  –  Golf Outing at Flying L Guest Ranch lead by Carlton Sheffield

5:00 – 6:00 P.M. – Happy Hour BYOB

6:00 – 7:00 P.M. – Dinner catered by Bricks Restaurant

7:00 – 9:00 P.M.  – Texas Hold’em Tournament headed up by our own  Jim Bobo

Saturday 25^th 

8:00 – 9:00 A.M. – Full breakfast catered by Bricks Restaurant

Poker run orchestrated by Nick and Bonnie Caruso

5:00 – 6:00 P.M. – Happy Hour BYOB

6:00 – 7:00 P.M. – Dinner catered by Bricks Restaurant

Sunday 26^th 

7:30 – 8:30 – Continental Breakfast and Goodbyes 

Mobile RV Lube will be at the Rally, please call 866-785-8237 and make your appointments prior to the Rally.  This is a company that we have used for several years and they do a great job at competitive prices.
