   1:00 – 5:00 P.M.          Registration – Grand Lodge

                                         Sign-ups for additional activities

                                         Get information for area sites to visit

   5:00 - 6:00 P.M.           Margarita Happy Hour – Grand Lodge

   6:00 - 9:00 P.M.           Catered dinner, rally kick off, music

                                                         & Visiting and Raffle ticket sales

   9:00 –10:00 P.M.          Gather at the park fire-pit for music,

                                           Trip stories and gossip ~!

Thursday – April 29^th, 2010

    8:00 – 9:30 A.M.           Breakfast – Grand Lodge

    9:30 –10:30 A.M.          Chapter Business Meeting – Lodge

*Time for visit to trade days, area sites or stay in park and fish, walking trails, visit with friends.

If you choose to ride the rv park shuttle to the market grounds meet at the front of either lodge. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the grounds and the return time is every 30 minutes until 5:00 p.m. while a guest at the park. Ground parking is available also.

*Golf times are to be determined based on participation.

   5:00 – 6:00 P.M                  Happy Hour – Grand Lodge

   6:00 – 7:00 P.M.                Dinner-Grand Lodge- Raffle ticket sales

   7:00 -10:00 P.M.                Music by “lookin’ back Texas ”

Friday – April 30^th, 2010

 8:00 – 9:30 A.M.                  Breakfast – Grand Lodge

*MOTOR HOMES of Texas will have a service display and a coach for you to tour. Great time for service questions during rally.

*Shuttle will be running every 30 minutes to grounds

 2:00 P.M.                           Team Paddle Boat Races at Pond

5:00- 6:00 P.M.                  Happy Hour – Grand Lodge

6:00- 9:00 P.M.                  Dinner- Grand Lodge- final raffle ticket Sales, drawings for prizes, live auction, Shopping testimonials, golf awards

9:00-10:00 P.M.                  Smors party for park at main fire-pit

Saturday – May 1^st, 2010

  8:00 – 9:30 A.M.               Breakfast – Grand Lodge

  9:00 A.M.                           Zip Line – Gather at coach’s for ride to

                                               Facility. Fun,fun,fun! Sign up at rally

                                               Check in.(short distance from r.v.park)

  12:00 – 2:00 P.M.              Lunch cook-out at Cabana

  5:00- 6:00 P.M.                  Happy Hour- Pavilion

  6:00 - till                              Dinner provided at Pavilion by Park and Dancing and entertainment

Sunday – May 2^nd, 2010

8:00 -9:00 A.M.                    Continental Breakfast at Small Lodge.

This resort has obtained their liquor license since we booked the rally…as you are aware there are strong rules which must be followed by the park.  So … we cannot be a BYOB rally..however we are fortunate to arrange a margarita party one night and sponsors for limited drink tickets per guest the remainder of the rally. You may also purchase drink tickets on your own or charge to your r.v. spot while using the park buildings.

This rule does not apply to activities at motor home spots!!!
